Telstra - I admin around 100 accounts through them - still having issues
but much better - nothing longer than 1 hour.

OzEmail - seemed to catch the bug from Telstra and reportedly not back
to normal yet.  Long delays last week and permanent failures trying to
relay to them.

The rest I can't confirm or deny but I'm not seeing too many problems. 
The relay I'm basing this on is shuffling 1200 odd messages a day to all
sorts of places and only OzEmail and Testra seem to be causing any
troubles (as usual).
