[plug] Emails to List

Wasn't this why the OT sub mailinglist was created? but I guess it has to be a 
conscious decision to send the [OT] mail to the right list.  Is it possible 
to split it at the server side? or whould that take too much cpu power on 
poor old spark? Just a thought
