[plug] downloader and Lucent Winmodem

Hi Trevor
What is the url for the windmodem driver you downloaded? Any hints at
what to do when installing or is it straight forward enough?
I came across a couple of downloaders I will try later. One does
splitting. The other pokes at stalled downloads. I found them at Freshmeat.
