Yah, that's because Austin aren't in a suburb called "perth". If they were a 
Bunbury company, you've have more joy searching on "bunbury" because it's not 
quite big enough for suburbs to be important for an address (likewise, you 
don't look for a Geraldton company under "Tarcoola" or "Waggrakine").

So... Austin, in "western australia" (which incidentally scores on a lot of 
government directories), who sell...?
