whoops - perhaps I misunderstood, having re-read the second part of your 
message. Is the larger disk one big NTFS partition or does it have an 
NTFS partition on it that is equal or smaller than the smaller disk? If 
the former, you need Ghost or an OS reinstall to solve the issue. If the 
latter, it shouldn't be too bad.

If you could post the output of
	fdisk -l /dev/hda
	fdisk -l /dev/hdb
and the OS types and versions on the system, that might be helpful.

In all honesty, if you're working with NTFS the best choice is 
frequently to just get Ghost.
