OK, its pentium-M which means you won't burn your lap (as badly) as with
a P4 or P4-M laptop, also better battery life. Its centrino though, so
watch out for the current state of linux support for centrino, there was
some controvesy there. The 802.11b and power management you should take
special care to look into.
Find out what chipset the TV out uses - is it part of the radeon, or
some 3rd party thing? Mine (on a satpro 4600) doesn't work under linux.
Testing advised, but there's only so much testing you can do before
buying it.
And yeah, its the ATI Mobility Radeon 9000 ... make sure the mobile
variant is supported, and be aware that toshiba may have done funny
things to it to cause the ATI drivers not to quite like it, even if the
chipset is supported by ATI's linux drivers.
It doesn't say what the e/net chipset is, but mine is Intel eepro and
I'd be very surprised if they used anything different on this laptop.
The eepro/100 is an /excellent/ NIC, so no stress there.
