[plug] squirrelmail dependency issue

I'm trying to upgrade SM to it's latest version and when trying to do so using rpm -Uvh SM, I keep getting: 
[root at gateway rpms]# rpm -Uvh squirrelmail-1.4.2-1.noarch.rpm
error: failed dependencies:
        httpd is needed by squirrelmail-1.4.2-1

I have httpd (apache-1.3.19-5) installed but this does seem to help, I even stopped apache to do the install, but this didn't work.  

Any ideas on this would be appreciated.
