Agreed. I reserve my true hate for people who set leading - and do so in 
px measurements. That way, the document becomes totally illegible if the 
font sizes are increased. Some also set leading in em (correct if you 
have to do it) but so tight that if you use a font other than the one 
they specify, the site is really painful to read.
