I have been using a Kensington Expert Mouse trackball for the last 5 
years. The ball is about as big as a snooker ball, 4 buttons within easy 
reach and dealy accurate. Paid a shitload for it 5 years ago but it has 
stainless steel innards and does not look like it's going to die in a 
hurry. Would not be without it.
