I've found that up to 65 is fine but most OSes do well to warn above 70,
with 80 seeming to be a common panic point for junction temperature in
various manufacturers' RISC chips.

I assume you mean physical health rather than "they must be
mentally defective" :-)
I'm not sure that it matters too much. Impractical for desk jobs,
perhaps. Humidity can make a lot of difference for people (wetware!),
not sure about processors. OTOH I have become fairly thermophobic...
happiest when the ambient temperature is <<20C.
