I believe that apt-rpm is actually a fork of Debian's apt-rpm, but
there's a lot of code in common.  (It looks as though apt-rpm is at
0.5.5cnc6 while Debian's apt is at 0.5.14.  Although version numbers are
arbitrary anyway.)
