[plug] Please help Daniel: comparing Billion reports

Hi Adam,
I'm on hold atm so can't really concentrate ;-)

The reason I get charged, is because if they come out and there is "no
problem in the eyes of Telstra" or its "my equipment", which has been
confirmed it isn't - its seen as "wasting their time" and being the
"bastards" that we are, we should pay for it! Pathetic? I know! :-)

Cheers,
Daniel
