well seeing as I CANT have ADSL in carlise, does anyone one know if I can 
get it in clarkson?

Does it qualify me as country? (some seem to get better adsl AWAY from the 
city :P :)

Wont hold my breath, although I MIGHT be in a good spot to go wireless(more 
bloody money :)
