[plug] Customer Mail Out

Just looking to pick a few brains on a solution the the problem I'm
looking to solve. I have a customer that has an LDAP database with all
customers addresses in it, the need to mail said customers (newsletters,
updates etc..etc.. all legit, no spam so don't stress). I suppose in
qmail I would create a .qmail file with all the addresses in it, having
a script maintaining its currency and then be able to mail the .qmail
alias. The customer is running postfix and I'm not as familiar with its
method of achieving a similar task, other ideas include mailman or
(insert mailing list software here) but it seems silly to have a full
blown mailing list manager when all that is required is a mail out.


Suggestions ?
