Quite a few insurance providers who are generally in the H&C market will
not provide business insurance, or even the H&C policy if you are
running a business from home. Last I checked RAC was one of these. One
of the exceptions that I have found is SGIO.

Be aware that many professional indemity insurance policies may also
have a public liability portion, so you may be paying twice for this if
it also forms part of your general business insurance.

The SBDC may be able to assist you, see:
http://www.sbdc.com.au/drilldown/drilldown.asp?refid=1.5 Also, contact
one of their BECs near you. With the majority of businesses being SMEs
or home-based business, they must be used to answering this one by now :)

All the best
