Debian's apt, the yum in Fedora, apt4rpm and mandrake's urpmi should all
be able to handle this for you. The issue is exactly the same as trying
to 'dpkg -i' a package - neither dpkg nor rpm are equipped to seek out
the dependencies for you, but there are wrappers tools that are.
