I am now, thanks, but no change. Still no blinkenlichts and empty 'site
survey', so I assume no RF activity.
   Argh! Just managed to hang the kernel again after 'rmmod rt2400' and
'RaConfig' . i can ping the machine, but thats all.
This is Mandrake 10, 2.4.25 kernel.

Oh!? I'm just using the PCI and PC cards in ad-hoc.

maybe pcmcia is my problem then. I know nothing about it. Time to do some
reading. What sort of config changes did you need?

?! No. I have been just using the RaConfig GUI until now. Adhoc too.
