You really need to just find a good unix/linux coder.

For the most part, I imagine stuff will 'just work', with the possible
exceptions of the widget set on X and eosoteria like threading etc.

Now that said, its *very* wise to go thru with a fine comb and make sure
*NO* sco headers/libs etc are carried across. Its the basis of the US
end-user cases (well at least one of em) on at the moment, and SCO do seem
in a particularly violent mood lately.
