[plug] Domains blocking mail from dialup pools

Unfortunately it has come to my attention that some domains/mail servers
block mail from known dialup pools.[1] One such domain is mail.com which
I tried to send a message to recently. I use my own SMTP server rather
than Optus as I trust mine more than Optus and it allow me to send mail
when I am not connected through an Optus connection (as Optus only allow
relay from local address.)
How can I get Exim4 to send messages to the mail.com domain through the
optus SMTP server with out all my mail going through it?
Thanks
Tim
