[plug] mail marked as undeliverable

I've started getting message undeliverable message when trying to send a e-mail.  I'm not sure if its the postfix/mailscanner/sophos component or the groupwise that is causing this.  I've done a system maintenance check on the groupwise side, but not sure how to perform same on the postfix side.
