I agree with Cameron here. I know from experience that getting suitable
material is really hard at times. As we all know, the web is a vast store
of information if you can find, organize and display it. Time is the
biggest
enemy.

To have many people collecting the information and placing it in one
knowledge base is the key. People then workshop rewrite, verify and
organize things. A collaborative effort!

Collecting the information and dumping it in one place is the first step.
Lets worry about how to do this, the rest will follow.
