So you've got multi-DSL lines with multi IP's??
In that case, what you want to do, can easily be done through routing, as your simply routing one account to one room, one to webserver, etc etc.

a better option would be the splitting to ip ranges. one dedicated to
the webserver, one dedicated to the phone room and one dedicated to
the other pghone system is that doable?
