I rang and spoke with a tech who didn't think they had anything that
would do the job. The best they had was the KVM over IP stuff which
isn't what I want, unless it a) has VNC capabilities and b) is quite
cheap.

I can't believe that nobody makes a cheap, tacky device like this for
road-warrior tech-support types.

The sales person, who was exceptionally friendly, wrangled me into the
catalogue before I knew what was happening :)
