[plug] Radius/Squid Internet Connection Daemon

Hi Guys, 

 

I've been given the job of commissioning a wireless/wired hotspot system
in a library down south where the person pays the clerk who gives them
an account for a specific time period.  They log into this account by
turning on their PC, get a dynamic IP starting internet explorer.  From
here (if they're not logged in) squid will redirect them to the login
page.

 

Does anyone know of a premade radius package to do something similar to
the above?  Or could recommend a way to do it?

 

What I want is a bit like the wireless hot spots in airports, where
you're redirected to a payment page, enter your credit card details and
you get 30 mins access from that IP/Mac Address.  Except the payment
side is left out.

 

Any help/suggestions are, as always greatly appreciated.
