[plug] Apache 1.3 x 2 on the one box

Hi all,

Just a quick question, I'm looking at the possibility of running 2
instances of apache 1.3 on some rhel 3 box.  It's to implement a quick
and dirty load balancing capability to a setup that is in a fairly
constrained environment.  My question is, does it add much overhead with
memory and cpu utilisation.  I just need to know if I am going
completely off the rails with this.
