[plug] Modem disconnects

Most possibly wrong, but are you often getting disconnects after 100-120
minutes?? It's been years since I had dialup, but back in the day it
was quite common for ISP's to disconnect you at or around 1 hours, 2
hours, 4 hours etc etc
Put it this way, by past experience, when I've had signal 15's, its
always been out of my control (to my knowledge)

My serial Modem keeps on disconnecting and my ISP said it is my end
hanging up.

pppd[0] died: A modem hung up the phone (exit code 16)
Have quickly searched google and the
Terminating on signal 15.
Error seems well known but nobody seems to know the why it happens.
Anybody have any ideas
