[plug] wireless card problem

i have a netgear wg511t wireless card and, when it is in its pcmcia slot
and the other slot is vacant, it works fine. When i put my NEC USB
controller into the other slot, the wireless card stops working yet the
usb controller works just fine.

i have created a log file from the output of dmesg when the error occured.
Near the end of the logs, the wireless card appears to reset due to a
"hardware error" on two separate occasions.

Can someone please review the logs of dmesg below(or at
http://pastebin.com/380521 ) and if possible either tell me how to fix the
problem or, point me in the right direction to fix the problem myself.
