They might consider it an out of warranty case, but the Trade Practices
Act would likely beg to differ.
I've had places try that on me plenty of times, I just point out they dont
have an option on it. If its stuffed pre 1 year they *have* to fix it ,
or alternatively they could explain it to the Fair Trading dept.
