The local dealer here just swaps the device straight out..
They are exchanging 30-50 Treo 600 and 25 Treo 650 per WEEK!
I was going to buy a 650 till I found out how bad Palm hardware actually is.
I borrowed a brand new 600 for two weeks while I was away and it died about 10 days into the trip
with a yellow screen..
"Known problem, bring it in and we'll exchange it for you"
Having said that, the software on the Nokia 9*** series is shite.. but the hardware is fantastic..
If only Palm and Nokia would team up to deliver PalmOS on the Nokia hardware..
Alas, the Treo 700 will come in Palm and CE versions marking the slow killoff of the Palm line I fear.
