[plug] Disable Realplayer in Firefox

Hit a bit of a problem with downloading an rpm file.
When I click the link it opens the realplayer plugin and I cannot download the 
file.
This is from a security conscious site so a right click and 'Save file as' 
just results in an aborted download.
Can someone tell me how to disable the realplayer plugin for a while to get 
these files.
I am using Firefox 1.0.7 running on SUSE 10.0
