The source for my original mesage is private.

The content of my message was "cut" from the message I had received and 
then posted in a new  message - it was not "forwarded" 

It is quite obvious that other members on the list know a lot more about 
this problem than I do - and I thank all those who gave an intelligent 
and meaningful  response - I am now more informed than previously.

My action was obviuosly misguided - and done in ignorance - next time I 
just won't bother - because it seems to upset too many people.
