[plug] hosts.allow/deny and vsftpd

Hi Denis,

Firstly, are you my uncle?  You have the same first and last name as him 
;)

Secondly, I have put a similar entry to that which is listed below in my 
inetd.conf file (it just points to vsftpd instead of in.ftpd) and I 
still have the same problem.

I've also tried combinations of ftp/vsftp/vsftpd/ftpd in the hosts.deny 
file as well to be safe!
