This thread, which appeared to be a call for advice about forum
software, has, for the most part, been instead, a means of some people
deciding proposals to change or wind up PLUG and/or its mailinglist,
or, end PLUG "as we know it", under the guise of a completely different
topic.

I do not know who is now the president of PLUG, but can we please have a
clear statement, from whoever is that person, of what is going on with
PLUG, with an appropriate subject, so that it is not obscured from
people wHo might not be interested in forum software at this particular
time?

Thanks.
