If starting from scratch, you still need to pay Telstra lots of money
to connect the line (even if its already physically there), with a
dial-tone. Then you call Amnet/iinet/etc and ask them to transfer it
to a naked ADSL service, and hope the line passes the tests.
    Then pay ADSL connection fee. Then in 6-12 months pay early 
disconnection fee, and start again at your new home.
