That's great you have this card working but I have the exact same one
and it doesn't work at all under linux (tested fine on a winblows box).
The card is recognized, ndiswrapper works and loads the drivers (and I
tried a few different versions), but the card never comes up properly
and I can't associate with my AP or even see any other APs.
Wally, I would suggest getting a natively supported card, assuming you
have a choice, rather than a card that solely relies on ndiswrapper.
Following the failure above I got a PCI Netgear WPN311 which is an
Atheros chipset (Atheros Communications, Inc. AR5212/AR5213) and works
fine with the ath_pci kernel module that ships with Ubuntu 7.10.
Anyone have a need for a PCI wireless card for a winblows box?
