Not unusual. As I said in an earlier post just because they say the
problem is not at their end does not make it so. Also if this is a
business plan you are on then they should notify you of changes to
their system/infrastructure in advance. If they failed to do so I
would escalate the issue, as unannounced changes to a business plan
should be a definite no no.

If it is a home user plan then generally "good luck" or "best effort"
is par for the course.
