[plug] [OT?] Embedded linux and customisation outsourcing provider

Hi all,

I hope this isn't too off-thread. Apologies in advance if it is, and I
promise I'll only do it once.

I've recently relocated from Melbourne to Perth, and have decided to
start up my own IT consulting & services business. The business name
is ThinkLeft, and we provide a range of technology related services.

The service that is most relevant to this list is embedded linux and
customised distributions.

Whilst over in Melbourne, I was contracting to an electronics designer
and manufacturer of telco equipment. The work involved setting up and
maintaining (embedded) linux distributions to power the hardware,
specifically LFS and uClinux, but often touching the entire software
stack.

So, my question is ... does anyone know of any Perth companies who
could do with some help using linux to operate their specialised
hardware products?

I would prefer an outsourcing or subcontracting arrangement where I
could keep my independence and vendor neutrality, however, I am open
to other legal or financial arrangements if it is mutually attractive.
