[plug] Help for a prospective user in Woodvale

Ideally if he can get to a workshop (I assume we still have these)
then there will be plenty of people to help. Or if he can be helped
via email then that's a possibility too. I'll be interstate for 2
months again after this week, so I can't do much till I get back. But
if workshops are still happening, they should be able to help.
