I'm pretty sure iView locked that down late last year and there is now 
some sort of encryption and/or signature, which the downloaders cannot 
replicate. That said, I haven't looked at it again for a while, so maybe 
the downloaders are currently winning that arms race.

Even if it was, https should also traverse a proxy server without any 
trouble.
