Is it installed?  Type "netscape &" in an xterm and see if it starts
up.  If it was installed, it would be easy to find in the menus, so my
guess is it isn't.  I'm out of date with Red Hat but back in the old
days you would run "glint" to install a new package, so give that a
go.
